Content Strategy Specialist

Infinite Edge Consulting is a marketing agency with a twist, born from the chaos in 2020. We have made it our mission to help purpose-driven brands rise, recapture lost trust, and build the resilience necessary to be “ready for anything.” We are currently looking for an experienced content specialist to work with our team on a variety of clients across the healthcare and technology industries. This position is fully remote and can be based anywhere. 

The content strategist will be responsible for the management of social media strategy and execution for our clients. This includes being the social media guru to advise clients and teams on the best usage of different social media channels, providing creative solutions to use social media to meet client goals, and partnering with other practitioners to develop and execute content. This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to grow their skills and work with a team with experience that spans decades in Silicon Valley. 

Essential Functions:

  • Own the overall content strategy and customer experience for client projects—how they find it, how they consume it, how they use it to make decisions.

  • Plan, develop, and implement the content required for integrated campaigns that touch every part of the customer journey.

  • Work with cross-functional teams to drive the execution of content strategy. 

  • Work with content writers to ensure the accuracy and efficiency of content for all support channels.

  • Present to clients on content insights, strategy, content journey flows, guiding principles, and best practices.

  • Leverage data and market insights for decision making including content optimization and new concept development.

  • Responsible for some copywriting including thought leadership blogs and social media posts.

 

Must-Haves:

  • 5+ years of digital marketing experience, specializing in content strategy, social media strategy and/or community management. 

  • Ability to demonstrate a deep understanding of best practices, audiences, and ideal usage for all major social media channels (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Medium, Instagram, Reddit, etc.).

  • Experience executing social media content strategies and community experiences.

  • Deep knowledge of existing and emerging social media platforms.

  • The ability to develop, update, and lead content for the platforms, ensuring that it is current and engaging.

  • Demonstrated skill in delivering, maintaining, and optimizing content unique to the social platform.

  • Ability to interpret channel analytics to develop and present performance reporting to clients.

  • Demonstrated skill in copywriting and editing social media posts. Other content a plus.

  • Strong collaboration and relationship-building skills across a wide range of groups and functions

  • Experience with project management software (Monday, Clickup, or similar) 

  • Previous experience in the areas of cybersecurity or healthcare marketing a plus
