The Opportunity

We're looking for a Senior ABM Campaign Manager to join IEC at a pivotal moment in our growth. This is not a traditional campaign role. You'll be the operational heartbeat of our client engagements — leading the day-to-day execution of multi-faceted, account-based experience programs across a portfolio of B2B clients.

You'll work closely with IEC's senior leadership, while wrangling a dynamic mix of internal specialists and client-side stakeholders to deliver high-performing, orchestrated ABM campaigns. You bring strategic conviction, operational rigor, and the kind of energy that makes complex programs feel manageable.


What You'll Do

Lead ABX Campaign Execution

  • Own the end-to-end execution of campaigns across multiple client accounts

  • Translate IEC's ABM strategies and frameworks into campaign plans, timelines, and activation motions

  • Design and orchestrate multi-channel campaign sequences (email, paid, content, events, outbound) tailored to target account segments

  • Drive 1:Many, 1:Few, and 1:1 campaign motions, adapting approach based on client tier and goals

Serve as the Central Client Engagement Point

  • Act as the primary day-to-day contact and campaign lead for assigned clients

  • Facilitate regular client communication, status updates, and performance reviews

  • Translate client goals into executable campaign briefs, ensuring alignment across all workstreams

  • Build trusted relationships with client marketing and sales teams

Wrangle and Coordinate Cross-Functional Teams

  • Direct and coordinate a distributed team of IEC freelancers, specialists, and client-side contributors

  • Keep all moving parts — creative, content, ops, data, paid — on track and on deadline

  • Identify and resolve execution blockers before they become problems

Drive Performance and Optimization

  • Monitor campaign performance across the full funnel — awareness through pipeline

  • Use data to identify what's working, surface insights, and optimize in-flight

  • Report on campaign outcomes tied to credibility velocity, pipeline lift, and account engagement metrics

  • Continuously improve processes and playbooks based on results

Innovate and Evolve

  • Stay ahead of ABM strategy, AI-powered marketing tools, and emerging GTM motions

  • Bring fresh ideas, test new approaches, and push IEC's programs forward

  • Leverage AI tools to improve efficiency and campaign intelligence across engagements


What You Bring

Experience

  • 5–8 years of B2B marketing experience with a strong focus on ABM campaign strategy and execution

  • Proven track record running complex, multi-channel ABM programs — ideally at an agency, consulting firm, or fast-scaling B2B company

  • Experience managing client relationships and cross-functional teams simultaneously

  • Strong understanding of the B2B buyer journey, account segmentation, and intent-based targeting

Skills & Competencies

  • Exceptional project management skills — you are organized, deadline-driven, and calm under pressure

  • Confident, clear communicator — equally comfortable presenting to a CMO or writing a campaign brief

  • Strategic thinker with a builder's mindset — you don't just follow playbooks, you improve them

  • AI-savvy — you know how to use AI tools to work smarter and faster

  • Thrives in a fast-paced, distributed, entrepreneurial environment

Tools Proficiency

  • ABM Platforms: 6sense, Demandbase, Metadata

  • Experience Delivery Tools: Folloze

  • CRM: Salesforce

  • Marketing Automation: HubSpot, Marketo

  • Project Management: ClickUp, Asana

  • AI Tools: Claude, Gemini; Clay or similar data/enrichment tools

  • Comfortable picking up new tools quickly — our stack evolves
