About Infinite Edge Consulting
Infinite Edge Consulting (IEC) is a human-first, AI-amplified growth systems firm. We don't run campaigns — we build connected growth architectures that help B2B companies turn GTM pressure into compounding performance. We're embedded operators, not outside advisors, and we work alongside our clients to design and execute the systems that drive pipeline velocity, credibility, and long-term scale.
We're growing fast, and we're building the team to match.
The Opportunity
We are looking for a rare kind of leader: someone equally strong in strategic thinking, creativity, organization, executive communication and analytical rigor.
This Senior Manager will lead client engagements focused on building modern content engines and irrefutable narratives that increase visibility, credibility, and growth. They will help clients turn fragmented content efforts into connected narrative systems that strengthen reach, shape perception, and impact growth across digital and offline channels.
This is not a traditional content marketing role. We need a systems-minded operator who understands that content and narrative are not isolated assets, they are core growth infrastructure. The right person knows how narrative drives discoverability, how content performs across SEO and AEO environments, and how to translate strategy into coordinated, multi-channel programs that move audiences from awareness to trust to action.
This role sits at the intersection of strategy, execution, stakeholder leadership, and growth performance. It is ideal for someone who can guide senior executives, align cross-functional teams, and build disciplined programs that create measurable business impact. This aligns with our focus on connected growth systems, AI-ready content operations, and credibility-building narrative infrastructure.
What You'll Do
Lead client strategy and delivery
Own and lead client-facing content engine and narrative engagements from discovery through execution
Translate business goals, market context, buyer insight, and GTM priorities into clear narrative and content strategies
Design integrated programs that connect messaging, content, channels, and measurement into one operating system
Build roadmaps that support both immediate performance needs and long-term authority, discoverability, and growth
Shape narrative and content strategy
Develop compelling, differentiated narratives that can scale across campaigns, sales, executive thought leadership, web, enablement, customer marketing, and field programs
Ensure content strategy supports both human buyers and AI-mediated discovery environments, including AEO, SEO, LLM visibility, and digital authority
Create strategic frameworks for editorial planning, content architecture, repurposing, distribution, and lifecycle management
Partner with clients to move beyond content production toward value-oriented content experiences that demonstrate proof, trust, and relevance
Drive cross-functional orchestration
Serve as the connective tissue between narrative strategy leads and day-to-day execution
Collaborate with campaign managers and owners to map content to channel mix, understanding format requirements by channel (long-form, social, email, sales enablement), and aligning content delivery to campaign execution calendars.
Create the operating rhythms, briefs, workflows, and governance needed to produce consistent, high-quality output
Build measurable growth programs
Design multi-channel content and narrative programs that improve awareness, engagement, buyer confidence, and pipeline contribution
Support the development of KPIs, success metrics, and reporting guidelines aligned to visibility, authority, engagement, conversion, and revenue impact
Identify content and messaging gaps, channel opportunities, workflow inefficiencies, and performance patterns
Use insights and data to continuously refine message and content strategy and increase performance over time
Lead with excellence
Manage project plans, timelines, teams, dependencies, and client communication with precision
Bring structure to ambiguity and calm to fast-moving client environments
Mentor junior team members and elevate the quality of strategy, writing, and program execution across accounts
Contribute to internal methodology, playbooks, and best practices for the practice

Why This Role Matters
The market is changing. Buyers are discovering, evaluating, and validating brands in new ways. Content must do more than fill channels. Narrative must do more than sound good. Together, they must create trust, visibility, and movement.
This role is central to helping clients build content engines and narrative systems that are credible, connected, and built to last. It is an opportunity to shape how modern B2B companies show up, stand apart, and grow.
