Sr. Marketing Project Manager

Infinite Edge Consulting is a marketing agency with a twist, born from the chaos in 2020. We have made it our mission to help purpose-driven brands rise, recapture lost trust, and build the resilience necessary to be “ready for anything.” We are currently looking for a senior-level project manager (freelance/project basis) to work with our team on a variety of clients across the healthcare and technology industries. The role is fully remote and can be based anywhere.

The sr. project manager will be responsible for the day-to-day client and team management of marketing campaigns and other projects on assigned accounts. This includes asset management, project direction, budget/hours management, and scope delivery. The project manager will serve as the main liaison between multi-disciplinary teams that include marketing strategy, design, copywriting, web development, social media management, and media buying. This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to grow their skills across the digital marketing spectrum and work with a team with experience that spans decades in Silicon Valley.


Essential Functions

Client Project Management

  • Act as a liaison between account leadership, project team, and the client to manage project timeline, assets, deliveries, approvals, and schedule meetings

  • Perform day-to-day account work which may include: drafting creative briefs, providing direction to the project team, internal follow-up, and providing ongoing communication to account leadership on progress

  • Create, track and manage project timelines and budgets

  • Produce and distribute status updates and tracking to team members and clients

  • Creating and managing asset library for all project assets

  • Monitor and coordinate efforts of cross-functional project teams and vendors to ensure project requirements and milestones are met

  • Partner with executives and team members to develop and implement process improvements

  • Supports account leadership with the management of time and expenses, monthly client billing, and activity reporting processes

  • Review project deliveries against scope to ensure complete and quality delivery


Must-Haves:

  • 7+ years of project management experience at either an advertising agency or in a client-side marketing position

  • Experience with the full suite of MS Office applications including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

  • Experience with project management tools such as ClickUp, Monday or Asana


We Value:

  • Demonstrated experience with project management of multi-faceted marketing campaigns with the ability to clarify, manage and prioritize several deliverables

  • Demonstrated experience working with multiple partners and teams to execute on projects and can successfully manage multiple projects in different stages

  • Strong collaboration and relationship-building skills across a wide range of groups and functions

  • Strong experience with project management software (Monday, Clickup, or similar)

  • Previous experience in the areas of cybersecurity or healthcare marketing a plus

  • Demonstrated skill in copywriting and/or editing a plus
