Social Media Specialist

Infinite Edge Consulting is a marketing agency with a twist, born from the chaos in 2020. We have made it our mission to help purpose-driven brands rise, recapture lost trust, and build the resilience necessary to be “ready for anything.” We are currently looking for an experienced social media specialist to work with our team on a variety of clients across the healthcare and technology industries. This position is fully remote and can be based anywhere.
The social media specialist will be responsible for the management of social media strategy and execution for our clients. This includes being the social media guru to advise clients and teams on the best usage of different social media channels, providing creative solutions to use social media to meet client goals, and partnering with other practitioners to develop and execute content. This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to grow their skills and work with a team with experience that spans decades in Silicon Valley.
Essential Functions:
Own organic social communications channels for our clients including post scheduling, monitoring, and responding to comments/messages
Partner with strategy leads to develop integrated social media strategies for our clients including channel, audience, and usage recommendations
Develop and maintain editorial schedules for client channels
Responsible for the creation of posts/some content and to collaborate with other teams to coordinate and facilitate content for PR teams, thought leadership, partnership development, etc while ensuring alignment with the brand’s overall voice and strategy
Evaluate and manage social listening tools, develop crisis response strategies, and processes for monitoring trends/real-time opportunities
Must-Haves:
5+ years of digital marketing experience, specializing in social media and community management
Ability to demonstrate a deep understanding of best practices, audiences, and ideal usage for all major social media channels (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Medium, Instagram, Reddit, etc.)
Experience executing social media content strategies and community experiences
Knowledge of existing and emerging social media platforms
The ability to develop, update, and lead content for the platforms, ensuring that it is current and engaging
Demonstrated skill in delivering, maintaining, and optimizing content unique to the social platform
Ability to interpret channel analytics to develop and present performance reporting to clients
Demonstrated skill in copywriting and editing social media posts. Other content a plus.

Previous experience in the areas of cybersecurity or healthcare marketing a plus
